It can be super expensive to start anything new, whether that be a new hobby, a sport or indeed a new lifestyle.

However, when it comes to the Law of Attraction, it’s a really easy and cheap lifestyle change and something that can easily be permanent.

So, forget the pushy people selling everything, ignore the BS and forget about the ‘LOA must-haves’. Instead, this blog post contains everything that you need to really start harnessing the Law of Attraction. And, in doing so, change your life.

A journal – or Day One //

The most powerful Law of Attraction tool is actually pretty easy and one that everyone and anyone can use – gratitude. The simple act of listing the things that you are grateful for can have a huge impact on your life. Feeling grateful breeds more things to be grateful for and so it should be a part of your daily routine.

There are hundreds of overly priced gratitude journals on the market but you do not need one of these. In fact, I find that they don’t actually work for me.

On the contrary, a simple notepad, piece of paper or not taking app can be more effective.
There is a lot to be said for taking the time to actively write down your gratitude list but this can be too much for some people.

Personally, I’ve stopped using a physical journal for my gratitude practice and instead I now use the Day One app on my Macbook. It’s just something that I’ve come to enjoy using and it makes it easier for me to maintain this practice.

I like that it doesn’t have a set number of pages and it just makes it easier for me to give gratitude whenever and wherever I want to.

YouTube //

I have taken a lot of inspiration from several prominent Law of Attraction YouTubers and they are definitely amongst my favourite content to watch. Ok, so nothing will ever replace a good book and there’s a time and a place for everything. But there is some really good Law of Attraction content and tools on YouTube.

If you’re looking to get into the nitty-gritty of the Law of Attraction, definitely check out Emma Mumford’s and Leeor Alexander’s channels. These are two of the best on the platform and can really help you to a strong manifesting position. For inspiration or Law of Attraction lifestyle advise, I love Renee Amberg, Lavendaire and Muchelle B.

Spend some time exploring the content available and create yourself a toolkit of essential and effective content.

The Secret //

Like most people, my first introduction to the Law of Attraction came from the now famous book, The Secret. It is definitely on the basic side, but as a starting point, it can be really effective. I first read this years ago but it did nothing for me at first and so, I kind of put it to one side. But then I read it again during a crisis last year and it kicked me up.

I have a theory that The Secret will make sense when it is meant to make sense because you have to be in the right place to fully appreciate the Law of Attraction.

So, get a copy if you can and keep it because it’s also a really useful tool for getting back into the Law of Attraction.
